Our office will be temporarily closed Feb.16-20 due to an unexpected staffing transition. I sincerely appreciate your patience as we work through this brief period of adjustment.
While the office will be physically closed and phone calls will not be answered, I will personally monitor the patient portal several times each day. Please use the portal for questions that are not life threatening. As usual have your pharmacy fax refills requests and I will respond as promptly as possible.
If you require lab work during this time, orders can be completed directly at LabCorp, as they are available in their system.
Over the next few weeks, there may be some scheduling adjustments as we transition and onboard new staff. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled, we will contact you directly.
If you experience a medical emergency or an urgent concern that cannot wait for a portal response, please visit an urgent care facility or Emergency room
Meet the Advanced Care Team
​Our Advanced Care team is a group of professionals who work alongside Dr. Motyka to ensure the highest quality of care and patient satisfaction.
Christine is our Billing specialist and is here to provide support to our patients in regards to their billing inquiries. Should you have questions regarding an explanation of benefits, costs, and payment for services here at our practice please feel free to contact her.

Michele
Carol
Facilitating the operations within our practice is Michele. She is our Practice Manager and oversees all of the daily functions within our office ensuring that we meet and adhere to quality standards. As well, Michele ensures we maintain all of the systems necessary for the office to run smoothly.
Carol is the welcoming face greeting you at the front desk, also answering phone calls, setting up patient appointments and getting patients checked in and out of their appointments.
